Introduction

Planned processes of developmental efforts in various spheres, however effective they are, yield very meagre results due to the multiplicity, plurality and diversity of the nation. Most challenging task on hand today is to check the population busting at its seams and to bring about qualitative improvement in all walks of human life to be able to ensure everyone become economically independent and socially dignified.
